Upon speaking to them, I was told the contract will be sent to my email in 7-5 business days, then 1 -3 business days, finally 1 day. I have contacted Concord several times, even spoken to a manager, requesting a copy of the contract so I can forward the correct information to the credit agencies. This changes my financial profile tremendously.
Recently, I was informed by a financial institution that Concord has my account listed as a mortgage. Previously, this account was transferred from ***************. I have a personal loan with Concord since October 1, 2021.
